Concert Health Plan is conscious of the rising costs in healthcare. We feel it is
our duty to work with Members, Employers, Brokers, and Providers to keep
everyone’s claims cost as manageable as possible. The lower the claims
costs, the more consistency in your premium rates year after year. We focus on claims payment. Our
experienced staff of claims managers reviews each claim for accuracy and
appropriateness. Our staff fully understands the contracts that we have
with providers through our partner relationships and they make certain
that we only pay for those things that we are contractually obligated to
pay for. We never want to have the Member subjected to balance bills for
which they have coverage.
